Maggie,

It has been a good run working with you these past few years. I have worked with a lot of catering crews in the past and this is by far the best I have ever worked with.

Your work speaks volumes of the kind of supervisor you are, efficient, organized, results-oriented and most of all your dedication to your job. You are a prime example of what a leader should be and there is nothing I can say which will have a greater impact than what  you have done here on the  India. I would like to personally thank you for all your hard work and dedication. It has been a pleasure working with you…..Good luck with your next assignment and stay in touch

Thanks,

Ricky Green

crawfish

Sometimes it’s not what you eat that is important, memorable or fun. It’s how you eat it that creates a smile, starts a friendship or seasons the day.

The best parts of a crawfish boil are all the different ways it can bring people together.

Recently, on a Transocean Drill ship working for Chevron,  our own George Csalany dialed up the perfect harmony of crawfish, onions, potatoes, garlic and spices for an unforgettable Cajun delicacy.
